However, searches for “Namibia Hu Haifeng” (纳米比亚胡海峰) or “Hu Haifeng” (胡海峰) either leads to a blank page or notes that some results “did not display on the basis of relevant laws and policies”. The forbidden query causes Sogou even more serious indigestion, shutting down access to the site for several minutes. A Google search produces over 20,000 results.
