Xuānxuān 萱萱

Code for the Central Propaganda Department, based on the nickname either of Taiwanese starlet Genie Chuo or Voice of China winner Dai Yingxuan.

Both Genie Chuo (///) and Dai Yingxuan (///) are nicknamed "Xuanxuan"

Taking the sound of the first character in "propaganda" (xuānchuán 宣传), Xuanxuan is a flirtatious nickname for Taiwanese pop singer Genie Chuo (Zhuó Wénxuān 卓文萱). Alternately written as xuān 宣宣.
