強制性交（英語：sexual assault, rape，俗稱強姦、強暴或性侵）是指在沒有得到當事人同意的情況下，與之進行性交等插入式性行為，屬性侵犯的一種。施暴者在過程中可能會用以暴力、脅迫、濫權等手段來迫使對方就範。或以低於法定年齡者、神志不清者、心智疾病患者等無同意能力者為其對象。「強姦」與「性侵犯」有時會代替使用。 （维基百科：强奸）
